At ten months, Monkey is full of exciting new tricks. They include:
- giving 'five' (sometimes 'ten')
- taking things out and putting things in (laundry baskets, drawers, toy baskets)
- throwing things on the floor, sometimes repeatedly
- feeding the dog his food
- crawling through tunnels
- waving (he is very discriminating about this, though)
- sleeping in 7 hour stretches (finally!)
On Wednesday morning he weighed 16 lbs, 5 oz, which is about 9 oz in the past month or so. His celiac panel came back negative, which was a great relief. His iron and hemoglobin were a little low, so he has started a supplement for that. We are still adding calories to his food but he continues to refuse formula of any kind in any container, so we are still experimenting with that. All in all, he is a very busy and very happy baby.
